Lunch Run

Vacations over , back to work...5K @ 4:50 pace done at lunch!

ATB race plan devised...

  • Don't sweat the start , first few slow is OK
  • Have an avg sub 5:00 pace at 20K
  • Last 10K , go like Hell!

Don't forget the final 1/3 is hilly.. you might want to put some time in the bank for it... just in case you go slowish at the end.
