5 km today at lunch. Been running super slow, 7:30 pace. Cranked it up to 6:00 pace for the last K. Nothing hurts so running slow has been key component. Want to get it back to a mostly 6:00 pace in the next month or so.

so I didn't get a whole lotta runs in.
