Took a rest day Saturday. Didn't feel like running outside in the cold and snow on Sunday so I hit the gym logging 14 km on the treadmill at a 7:00 pace. Building volume now , 16 km goal next weekend . Still running slow its seems to agree with the left knee but I do want to get back to a 6:00 goto pace soon but like the volume I will gradually get faster unless something flares up.

Fresh snow and sun brought allot of folks to the hill today. It was busy
so I didn't get a whole lotta runs in.
