Things that were so-so
- Ouch, scarfing on the inner thighs... blame my old and should be retired Nike shorts.
- Left foot , blisters to start on bottom of little toe , right side of big toe and right side of bunion. Bandaged them before starting , it helped for a bit but I will soon be popping blisters.
- Bowl pressure , intense at times.
I kept embracing the pain and kept going. Tonight I want to go a full 2 hours at a 5:30 pace but the way I am feeling now I have my doubts but its probably nothing a good days sleep won't cure.
