It doesn't get any better ...
Sunshine, 10C, light breeze made for a rather perfect day for a trail run. A few Ks in the shirt came off and I was quite comfortable. Legs had lots of pop o them and it made for a speedy day covering 14.6K in 1hr34min an avg 6:27 pace. Mids tonight so most of what I do over the next week will be indoors but with the longer days I just may be able to take it outside.

That was nice running today. Me and the Mrs. ran for an hour.Nice and warm, no mud, no bikes and no dogs.
