Roll , roll, roll your ankle

Back on the trail today , just short of 5K while running on a tractor trail I rolled my left ankle. The pain was such that I couldn't put any weight on it initially and I immediately turned for home, about a K away. After learning to walk again I decided to do an about face and continue on the trail. Walked for a half K before I started to run again. Did my planned hill repeats. The ankle hurt the reset of the run but at times it wasn't to bad. Finished off logging 15.2K at an avg 7:47 pace. The ankle is swelling and I am sure that there will be some bruising to accompany it. Guess I will have to shorten tomorrows run.
