Only a small amount of discomfort in the Quads during my lunch run today. Logged 5K at a mostly 6:00 pace.
10K race in 3 days. Goal is to get it under 45minutes but I am not sure that the body will cooperate. Plan on giving it a shot but I won't be disappointed if I fall short of my goal.

Fresh snow and sun brought allot of folks to the hill today. It was busy
so I didn't get a whole lotta runs in.
